Firstly, we've made filling in timesheets and capturing expenses easy, and quick to do.
There are several ways your staff can write their time:

1. Staff can fill in the standard Procision+ timesheet within their personalised dashboard. We've simplified the clicks and steps it takes, and added smart features such as the ability to clone a line of time or an entire day.
2. Our mobile interface is a simplified version of Procision+, specially designed for use on a smartphone or iPad. It makes short work of timesheets and expense-writing for sales teams, labourers, contractors, and other staff out in the field.
3. Many teams spend a great deal of time each day without Outlook, so we've made it possible for them to fill in their timesheet from right within their Outlook calendar! They can also write time and expenses from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Tasks and priorities

Another key part of their personalised dashboard is the My Tasks tab. This shows the team member all their current responsibilities and priorities, how much time they've been allocated and how much they've actually spent on the task to date. My Tasks will empower staff to manage their own time and make smart decisions about their working day.
