From within Outlook

Many busy professionals spend the bulk of their working day inside Microsoft Outlook – and now they can write time from their Outlook Calendar, too. Simply select any appointment, and assign it to a project task. That was easy!

Staff can also view their personalised Procision+ dashboard (including their My Tasks tab, progress reports on the projects they are part of and more) right within Outlook.

From within CRM

Procision+ was designed to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Your sales force and other team members can fill in and submit their timesheet, and submit captured expenses or materials, all from right within your CRM.

Also inside your CRM, staff can access their own personalised Procision+ dashboard - viewing their My Tasks tab, seeing reports and graphs that are meaningful to them (an example might be 'time spent in meetings') and more...

Tracking expenses & materials

 

Writing expenses and materials is just as simple and intuitive – and can also be done on the go.

Notes can be added to any expense or material entry, and team members can quickly see the status of their submitted costs – pending, approved, or rejected.

Staff are only able to write expenses and materials if they have been given the authority to do so. (And of course, they're only able to write expenses and/or materials for the projects they are assigned to work on.)
