Approved time, expenses and materials are automatically added to an invoice queue – ready for processing when you are! No data gets lost, no invoicing is missed.

Details for each invoice include:

• Customer name
• Project name
• Reference number/information
• Breakdown of activity or item detail
• Currency and tax rate
• Total amount to invoice

There are no calculations for you to make, and all these details flow seamlessly into your invoice.

Choose to view all invoices that are ready to be generated, or filter the queued invoices to the ones you want to work with at that moment - by customer, project, or date period.

You choose the level of detail you'd like your customer to see – simply a total charge per time writer, or a detailed account of time spent, expenses and materials incurred per team member, for each specific task within the project. Less invoice questioning from customers means getting paid faster.

When you're ready to create invoices, it's one click to generate!

Just select the invoices you want to generate, and choose what file type you'd like - PDF invoices, Word Documents or Excel files. In seconds, you've created properly formatted tax invoices to send to your clients.

Procision+ Connector for Xero

Just select the invoices you want to generate within Xero, then click on the Xero icon.
Just like that, Procision+ you've got completed draft invoices in Xero, ready to approve and send out.

It only takes a few initial minutes to map your Procision+ data to your Chart of Accounts, and then you're all set – your invoice data will automatically be coded to the right Xero accounts, every time.

Our invoice archive stores all previously generated invoices within Procision+.
You can quickly search the Archive by customer, project and date ranges.
Re-generating an old invoice (as a file or as a draft invoice into Xero) is one-click-easy!
