How is your pricing structured?

Simply pay-as-you-go, per month, per user.

There are no fixed contracts to sign and you can cancel anytime – but we're confident you won't ever want to! You can add new users anytime, quickly and easily.

Are there a minimum number of users?

No – you can have just one user*, or thousands. Remember that users can be given different profiles, so that they only see and access the information that is helpful and relevant to their role.

* Minimum price applies of $49/month. 
  (This represents the minimum configuration of 1 Manager user at $29 and 2 Team Member users at $10 each per month).

Can I see a demonstration?

Sure! Just contact our team and we'd be happy to arrange a live demo of Procision+. This is a great way to 'feel out' Procision+, and you can ask questions specific to your business and how Procision+ can help you in it. Demos are generally done via Skype as we have customers all over the world.

What is cloud-based software and why is it of benefit?

Procision+ is a cloud-based software. This means that rather than being run from and stored on one computer or your office servers, it is stored 'in the cloud' (on servers at a remote location), and simply accessed – as a service – over the Internet.
 

This means you and your teams can work with Procision+ anywhere you are in the world, anytime of day or night. Wherever you have an Internet connection, you have your project management, timesheets, project performance reporting, and more!
 

Of course, having Procision+ stored 'offsite' also means your data remains safe and accessible should there be an earthquake, fire, office break-in, etc.

We are Microsoft Certified Partners, and use the Windows Azure cloud to host our software and all of your data. In terms of security, you couldn't get better. Microsoft Azure is the world's leading cloud platform in terms of stability and availability and is used by organisations such as NASA, Boeing and Xerox. We treat your data in the strictest confidentiality.

How do staff fill in timesheets with Procision+?

One of the greatest things about Procision+ is how easy it is to fill in timesheets, and the number of different ways time (and expenses) can be written.

1. Staff can fill in the standard Procision+ timesheet, within their own personalised dashboard. We've simplified the clicks and steps it takes, and added smart features such as the ability to clone a line of time or an entire day.
2. Our mobile interface was specially designed to make short work of timesheets for sales teams, labourers and contractors, and other staff out in the field.
3. Many teams spend a great deal of time each day without Outlook, so we've made it possible for them to fill in their timesheet from right within Outlook Calendar! They can also write time and expenses from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Does Procision+ handle invoicing?

Absolutely! Procision+ lets you turn time spent, expenses and materials into an invoice – simply and quickly. You can create PDF invoices right within Procision+, or generate invoices in Xero with our smart Procision+ Connector for Xero.

Our business runs a lot of similar jobs. Do I need to create a project plan for every new one?

If previous project plan is very similar to a new project you are starting - just clone it! Our Clone feature lets you copy across all the details, or choose specific parts of the plan to copy across. Then, just change the dates using our Date Shift feature, make any other tweaks needed... and you're done!
